Oh damn.
I didn’t know Moosewood had a desert cookbook. I assume, because you are showing it off, that you think the Moosewood version is good.
I love fruitcake. Hell, I’ve been known to eat lousy fruitcake. :)
I might have to buy that cookbook and build myself some artery blockage.
