Cappuccino
I stopped by a coffeehouse on the way home from a (routine! No medical emergencies today, thank goodness!) medical appointment and ordered this coffee. It was very cozy to curl up in a comfy chair and sip this while reading social media fluff on my phone.
(Not to be all mystical or anything, but since transitioning moments like this feel much more intensely proper. Nature is healing for me, I guess, thanks to modern medicine and – at least briefly – a government that wasn’t invested in trans genocide.)

I should be checking here more often!
May your recovery go entirely well.
(The thing I found with laproscopic gall bladder removal is that one must move some or stuff in there gets stuck together and will twinge (sometimes enthusiastically) forever after at attempts to exercise certain ranges of motion. I think this can legitimately be considered annoying.)
I don’t need to worry about that so much, because I’m still on a 3 month bicycling embargo after the Big Yeet. Fortunately, after the first couple of days when every time I twisted my torso all the incisions would say WRONG, the post-gb pain has collapsed down to itching.
(The Bit Yeet is not being nearly as cooperative; my revised bits are still way swol from surgery trauma, and from everything I’ve heard that’s gonna last a few months!)

I still love you from the various Bonks we attended all those years ago. I am THRILLED that you are happy now.
