So what’s the distinction between a porteur-randonneur bag and a randonneur bag?

It’s taller and deeper than my regular rando bag, and there are not so many pockets, and most importantly it’s not lined with very thick interfacing, so it needs to carry a load to keep from collapsing in the headwind.
