There was one like that across the lower Don in Toronto for something like 80 years after they last used it; the road redesign in the 20s removed the tracks that fed it. It stayed there until last year sometime, when the big CN track replacement project moved a lot of things around.
Looks like it was exactly the same design, right down to the pipe on the side.
