Friday Dust Mite Blogging™
Is it a lens basket that’s been contaminated with Dust Mites, or is it a Dust Mite basket that’s been contaminated with lenses?

I’m a Pentax user, so these are all K-mount lenses. From left to right, there are
- Quantaray 70-300 f4-f5.6 telephoto+macro. This is one of the cheapy lenses I got when I bought my *istDS, but it’s the one I use for most of my bee pictures.
- Pentax 50 f1.2. This is an ancient SMC-P – manual focus, all metal – which is wonderful at sucking up light, so it’s the one I use most of the time (if you see pictures here that look just a little off focus, or which have a twilightish glow to them, they’re taken with this lens.
- Sigma 24-135 f2.8-f4.5. When there’s enough light, this is my trainspotter lens. The clip-on lens cover doesn’t do much on the “clip-on” department, so I don’t use it as much as I should.
There’s also a first generation lensbaby in the black wallet that’s just visible in the lower right corner.
(as far as I know, the Dust Mite isn’t K-mount compatable.)
